The story
Cédric is a brasserie at Koningslaan 230A in Knokke-Heist, where chef Cédric Poncelet cooks Belgian-French dishes. Gault&Millau gave it a 13 in 2026.
The room recalls a 1930s French brasserie with a few contemporary touches, and the kitchen is in full view. Poncelet favours North Sea fish, Belgian beef and Walloon game in season. Gault&Millau points to lobster with champagne sauce and chives, and crisp veal sweetbreads with morel jus. A private room inside the kitchen seats about fourteen at a long wooden table.
Menu Cédric comes in three, four or five courses, and the weekday lunch has two or three. Both change every five weeks. The wine list leans toward Bordeaux, with Burgundy and other French regions behind it, and the bottles are kept in a glass wine room at the centre of the restaurant.
