The story
Cadre Culinaire serves modern French cooking at rue des Rôtisseurs 4 in Huy, Belgium, and earned a Michelin Bib Gourmand in 2026 for good-quality, good-value cooking. Gault&Millau gave the restaurant 13 points the same year.
Grégory and Adeline opened in Huy in 2014, after stints in Alsace, Saint-Barth and southern Corsica. The chef trained as a pastry chef and chocolatier, and he carries that background through to the dessert course. Dishes follow the seasons and draw on produce from local growers.
The weekday lunch menu is set each morning by the chef, based on the market. Dinner runs from a three-course menu to a Menu Culinaire of four or five services, which can end with an entremet. A children's menu is available on reservation.
