The story
Table et Vin, at Avenue Paul Pastur 122 in Mont-sur-Marchienne (Charleroi), is a French restaurant that earned a Michelin Bib Gourmand in 2026 for good-quality, good-value cooking. It calls itself a "cave gourmande", a restaurant and wine cellar under one roof.
Chef Pierre-Luc Husson cooks to the market, so the menu changes with the season. The restaurant describes its dishes as fine and flavourful. Guests can order a starter and main, or add cheese or dessert to make a longer meal.
Thierry Jacques, maître d'hôtel and sommelier, advises on the wine list and pairs bottles with the food. The cellar is restocked regularly with exceptional wines, which guests can drink with their meal or take home. Gault&Millau gives the restaurant 13.5 for 2026, noting the rows of bottles that greet guests on arrival.
