The story
La Villa in the Sky occupies the 25th floor of the IT Tower at Avenue Louise 480 in Ixelles, Brussels, where its seasonal kitchen earned one Michelin star in 2026. Chef Alexandre Dionisio has cooked here since the restaurant opened in 2014, serving seasonal menus in a glass room above the city.
Dionisio calls his cooking classic with a touch of modernity. He works with simple, high-quality products and avoids disguising them. His stated priorities are consistency, rigor and attention to detail. Gault&Millau gave the kitchen 17 points in 2026, praising the team's elegant and daring creations made from top-quality ingredients.
The restaurant sits in a contemporary glass structure, with views over the city at lunch and at dinner. Two set menus, Expérience and In the Sky, are offered at fixed times. On Saturday evenings, only the In the Sky menu is served.
