The chef cooks by instinct and keeps the plates straightforward, according to Gault&Millau. Dinner is a fixed six-course menu at €119, with fish and meat both included. Thursday and Friday lunch offers four courses for €99 or five for €109.
The dining room sits in the old coach house of a castle estate. A drive lined with centuries-old lime trees leads to the building. Vegetarian menus are available if the kitchen hears about it in advance, and dogs are not allowed.
