The story

Chef Alain Smet trained in the classic kitchen and rewrites the menu every month. Each card mixes familiar classic dishes with new ones, so regulars find something different on each visit. Gault&Millau singles out the recognisable flavours and quality ingredients, served without a fixed tasting menu.
