The story
Il Borro Tuscan Bistro sits inside the Jumeirah Al Naseem Hotel at 906 Jumeirah Street in Umm Suqeim 3, Dubai, where the Italian kitchen cooks in the Tuscan tradition. The Michelin Guide lists it as Recommended for 2026, and Gambero Rosso awarded it one fork in 2024.
The bistro works on a farm-to-table approach and rewrites its menus with the seasons. Its white truffle season has featured porcini mushroom salad, truffle pizza and agnolotti del plin. A vegan menu runs alongside the main list and is built around plant ingredients.
The wine list is one of the venue's noted strengths. Non-alcoholic drinks include a selection of mocktails. Guests can dine in air-conditioned rooms or at outdoor tables, and the restaurant hosts private parties.
