The story
TU.REStAURANT at Grunwaldzka 34A in Poznań is a modern European kitchen that earned a Michelin Bib Gourmand for 2026, recognized for good quality, good value cooking. The restaurant sits within the UBIQ 34 office and service complex, on the grounds of former barracks.
Chef Filip Cwojdzinski leads the kitchen after working at star restaurants in Manchester and Wexford, Ireland, and earlier in Zadar and Poznań. He represented the Polish National Culinary Team and won two silver medals at the 2020 Culinary Olympics. The menu is short, with "small TU" starters, "large" and "very large TU" mains, and a "sweet TU" dessert course.
The very large mains include bistecca alla fiorentina and Dover sole. Gustaw Fiedor, one of the owners, serves crêpes suzette that the family describes as the best in town. Dishes come to the middle of the table, so the meal is meant to be shared.
Wood and brick dominate the revitalized interior, warmed by black furniture and window frames. Gault&Millau scored the interior and atmosphere 11.5 in 2026. A wall of exposed bottles holds 315 wine labels, and glass stairs lead up to a mezzanine with a second dining room.
