The story
Nare Sushi, at Ul. Kozierowskiego 4, 60-185 Skórzewo, is a Japanese sushi restaurant in Poznań that Gault&Millau scored 13.5 in 2026. The menu covers sushi, ramen, donburi and tempura, with a Japanese kitchen approach built on seasonal fish.
Head chef Monika Kasprzak presents Japanese flavours in her own interpretation. The fish is seasoned on site, and the kitchen makes its own pickles, sauces and mayonnaises. The cooking leans on simple technique and attention to the ingredient, with a zero waste philosophy running through the menu.
Omakase is the signature, a selection of sushi with seasonal fish and Japanese toppings served at the bar in portions of ten. Moriawase is a chef's assortment of 26 pieces with house-marinated ginger and tsukemono. The ramen bowls use pork or chicken broth, with a vegan shiitake version available.
The interior is minimalist, with Japanese calligraphy on the walls and custom-made ceramics. Bamboo leaf sasagiri decorations appear on some plates. The restaurant also holds a Michelin Recommended distinction for 2026.
