The story
La Brasserie Restaurant & Bar, at Arnulf-Klett-Platz 7 in Stuttgart, serves French brasserie cooking inside the Steigenberger Graf Zeppelin hotel. The Schlemmer Atlas awarded it 2 Kochlöffel in 2026.
The kitchen works in the classic French style, with ingredients chosen for quality and prepared by hand. The menu includes a traditional soupe à l'oignon, Charolais beef entrecôte with pommes allumettes, and crème brûlée with a caramelised top. The Schlemmer Atlas also names a homemade quiche and a lemon tart.
