The story
Restaurant Remise in Brandenburg an der Havel serves world cuisine at Purschenstein 1, and the Schlemmer Atlas awarded it 2 Kochlöffel in 2026 for traditional comfort cuisine with a twist, paired with fine wine.
Chef Manuel leads the kitchen with a young team. The menu takes traditional comfort food and gives it a modern turn. Vegetarian dishes are offered, and vegan dishes are available on request.
The Remise was once a carriage house, and princely coaches rolled through its doors. The original horse trough is still there and anchors the candlelit dining room. The space covers 270 square metres and seats up to 120 guests, suited to à la carte dinners and private events.
