Spago Maui in Wailea: American and Asian Dining at the Four Seasons

Spago, in Wailea on Maui, serves American and Asian cuisine at 3900 Wailea Alanui Drive, inside the Four Seasons Resort Maui. Forbes Travel Guide awarded it Four-Star status in 2026.

Chef and cooking style

Executive chef Nate Gabay leads the kitchen, and Kassey Wolf runs the dining room as general manager. The menu blends Hawaiian culinary techniques with locally inspired dishes. Wolfgang Puck classics appear alongside them. Wine Spectator gave the restaurant its Best of Award of Excellence in 2022.

Room, lounge and drinks

The dining room is casually elegant, and the intimate lounge looks out over the ocean. From the Lanai, guests can watch the sunsets. Pair dinner with a bottle from the international wine collection, or order from the specialty cocktail menu, which reinterprets a classic Hawaiian drink.
