The story
Ebbe is a contemporary seafood restaurant at 1202 N. Franklin St. in Tampa, and it holds a 2026 Michelin One Star for high quality cooking. The kitchen works with the same seafood-forward approach across its small plates and mains.
The small bites lean toward seafood, with White Tuna Crudo and Kimchi Popcorn Shrimps on the list. Corn Rib Fritters, Mango Hot Wings and Tom Yum Fritters round out the section. Each plate comes with horseradish and pickled vegetables.
Most mains arrive over jasmine rice. Crispy Walleye is served with fennel, dill and yellow curry, while Golden Pillow Tofu pairs pickled shimeji mushroom with chives. The menu also includes Singapore Crispy Duck with mint and basil, and the kitchen notes that its dishes are mildly spiced, with extra chilli on the side.
Dessert leans on Thai milk tea, in a brûlée, and coconut kaffir in a creamsicle. Counter dining is one of the ways to eat here.
