The housemade Parker House rolls come warm from the oven with a dusting of coarse salt, and Forbes Travel Guide singles them out. Steak is the draw for many guests. Creekstone Farms prime cuts, including a 14-ounce New York strip, a 16-ounce ribeye and an 8-ounce filet, are grilled over an open flame.
