The story
Da Noi is an Italian restaurant at Vazerolgasse 12 in Chur's old town, rated 13 points by Gault&Millau in 2026. The kitchen cooks with seasonal products from the region and a Mediterranean outlook.
Gault&Millau praises the pasta and the risotti here. The risotto all'onda comes with Sardinian sheep cheese, thinly sliced artichokes and a lemon crumble. Paccheri arrive in a robust lobster bisque with herbs, garlic and tomato. The ravioli al brasato are a frequently ordered alternative.
Dorade is cooked tender and served for two, with grilled vegetables and potato slices. Dessert is a warm chocolate tart with raspberry sorbet. The wine list has been expanded and now includes lesser-known Italian crus.
Three rooms seat around 65 guests, enough for a quiet lunch or a small celebration. Armin Politschnig has recently taken over as host. Schlemmer Atlas gave Da Noi three Kochlöffel in 2026 and calls it a good spot for a quick lunch.
