The story
RIME Seafood & Steak occupies 2300 Deer Valley Drive East in Park City, Utah, serving American and French cooking in a steakhouse setting. Forbes Travel Guide awarded it Four-Star status in 2026.
The dining room is anchored by a large dual-sided stone fireplace, and oversized windows look out over snow-covered mountains and aspen trees. Seats along the exhibition kitchen let guests watch the cooks work, and the team may send out a taste of an appetizer or a dessert. A Fossil Wall greets guests at the entrance.
Dinner can be taken in the Wine Vault, a smaller room with light gray crescent-shaped banquettes. Its collection holds 10,000 bottles across 1,200 labels. Wine Spectator gave the restaurant its Best of Award of Excellence in 2020. On cold afternoons, the Toasty Slopes combines Waterpocket Cocoa & Rum, Licor 43, hot chocolate, whipped cream and cocoa shavings.
