Topper's, the waterfront American restaurant at 120 Wauwinet Road in Nantucket, Massachusetts, earned AAA Five Diamond recognition for 2026. The kitchen cooks seasonal American dishes with a focus on local seafood, served over Nantucket Bay.
The menu is built around native seafood and seasonal New England cuisine. Locally harvested Fifth Bend oysters appear alongside wine pairings from the sommelier team. The same kitchen sends its dishes to guest rooms, including a lobster roll on a house-made brioche bun.
The covered deck faces the bay, and it is heated, so dinner outside stays comfortable after sunset. The cellar holds more than 2,200 wine labels, with a large Burgundy selection and rare vintages. Wine Spectator has honored the list with its Grand Award since 1996, and a seven-course tasting menu pairs selections from Old and New World regions.
