The story
Joël Robuchon is a French restaurant at 3799 Las Vegas Boulevard South in Las Vegas, Nevada, and it earned Forbes Five-Star recognition for 2026. It operates inside MGM Grand, with a French kitchen that keeps the noise of the Strip on the other side of the door.
Much of the meal happens beside your chair. A domed block of Brittany butter is carved with a warm spoon and swirled onto the plate, followed by 18 kinds of bread. Carts bring whole tea plants, a mignardises trolley and a cheese cart, so each course arrives with a visible moment of preparation.
The room was designed to resemble an Art Deco townhouse, with marble floors and a garden terrace. It is closed off from the casino, and the mood stays quiet and intimate. AAA awarded the restaurant Five Diamond for 2026, citing its leading-edge cuisine and extraordinary service.
