The story
Restaurant Olivia is a contemporary Italian restaurant at 290 S. Downing St. in Denver, Colorado, and it earned a Michelin Guide Recommended listing in 2026. Pasta anchors the menu, with classic Italian dishes updated for diners who want fine-dining precision.
The pasta is hand-crafted every day, and the kitchen draws on Italian classics while also bringing in flavors and recipes from around the world. Ingredients come from organic and local producers whenever possible. Chef Ty Leon, who opened the restaurant in January 2020, leads the kitchen.
The Italian-focused wine list received a Wine Spectator Award of Excellence in 2025. The bar pours cocktails that are playful rather than formal, and the team hosts wine dinners with visiting producers throughout the year.
