The story
The Steakhouse at 32-250 Bob Hope Drive in Rancho Mirage is an American steakhouse inside Agua Caliente Resort Casino Spa, and it holds Forbes Four-Star status for 2026. The menu is built around beef and seafood, with a wine list and a Sunday brunch that draw regulars back.
Every cut is hand-selected USDA prime and aged for 21 days before it receives a special dry rub. The kitchen also serves fresh seafood, and dishes highlight local produce and seasonal ingredients. Sunday brunch offers a second way to sample the menu.
The list includes more than 300 selections from an inventory of over 4,000 bottles. Guests browse it on a tablet, where they can sort by-the-glass and by-the-bottle offerings by name, price or region. The restaurant also received a Wine Spectator Award of Excellence in 2007.
The dining room sits close to the gaming floor. Tables outside the restaurant give the best view of the action, and the patio offers its own selection of specially priced items. A wine room hosts private parties.
