Napa Rose is an American restaurant at 1600 S. Disneyland Drive in Anaheim, California, inside Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa. Forbes Travel Guide awarded it Four-Star status in 2026, and its seasonal American cooking is the main draw.
The American kitchen changes its menu with the seasons and with ingredients that arrive fresh, sourced locally and from abroad. Forbes highlights grilled diver scallops with tangerine and cauliflower, and roasted lamb chops with Merguez sausage and mint pistou. Executive Chef Clint Chin leads the kitchen, which draws on classic French technique.
Wide windows overlook a wooded area, and the open floor plan feels secluded and cozy, according to Forbes. Guests can watch the chefs from the open kitchen or book the Chef's Counter for a closer view. Wine Spectator gave the restaurant its Best of Award of Excellence in 2023, and the cellar lists more than 1,500 international labels.
