Andrew runs the kitchen and Karen looks after front of house and marketing. Ingredients come from small local growers, breeders, suppliers and foragers, a farm-to-table approach that shapes the modern Scottish cooking. The kitchen also holds 2 AA Rosettes for 2026.

Pre-theatre dinner and the Tay Room

Lunch and dinner are served à la carte, and a pre-theatre dinner runs from 5pm to 6:30pm. The Tay Room, a refurbished private dining area, seats up to 12 guests. Menus there can be tailored to taste and budget.
