The story
Wildflowers is a Mediterranean restaurant at 57 Pimlico Road in Pimlico, London, rated Very Good in The Good Food Guide for 2026. It sits in Newson's Yard, where the seasonal menu is cooked over coals.
Chef Aaron Potter, formerly executive chef at Maria G's, runs his first solo project here after cooking at Trinity and Elystan Street. His style is precise and seasonal, a little more relaxed than those kitchens. Guests can share, or order a traditional three-course meal.
Dishes draw on the cooking of France, Italy and Spain, from stracciatella with violet artichoke and black truffle to grilled Cornish red mullet with salsa verde. The wine list is entirely European, with plenty of bottles under £50. Upstairs, Bar Flor pours spritzes and wine alongside small plates and pintxos.
