The story
Scully St James's, at 4 St. James's Market in London SW1Y 4AH, serves World Cuisine from a kitchen that earned a Michelin Guide Recommended mention in 2026. Lunch and evening tasting menus run Tuesday to Saturday, with a prix fixe option in the evening.
Ramael Scully opened Scully St James's as his first solo restaurant. His cooking draws on a family heritage across several cultures and on years in fine dining in Sydney, Moscow and Britain. Before opening here, he was Head Chef at Ottolenghi's NOPI and co-wrote the NOPI Cookbook.
The menus include a lunch menu, a tasting menu, a vegan tasting menu and a large party option. Vegetarian and vegan dishes sit alongside meat and fish on the main menu, and many vegetarian à la carte dishes can be adapted to vegan on request. The kitchen makes its own spices, pickles and preserves, many of which sit on display in the working pantry, and it aims for net zero waste by using whole ingredients. The restaurant also holds a We're Smart Green Guide 3 Radishes rating for 2026. Every guest at a table orders from the same menu, and dietary needs should be flagged at booking because not all allergens can be catered for.
