Fallowfields, on Housel Bay Road in Lizard near Helston, is a modern British seafood restaurant holding three AA Rosettes for 2026. It sits at TR12 7PG on the Lizard Peninsula.

The tasting menu

Joseph Fallowfield cooks one tasting menu from Cornish produce, shaped by local farmers, growers and fishermen. Each menu reads as a linear story, with a dish for every chapter, and it runs for ten weeks before the next begins. The current one is called 'After the Rain'. It costs £80 per person, with optional wine pairings.

The setting

The restaurant is inside the most southerly hotel in mainland Britain, a stone's throw from the beach. Sustainability guides the seasonal cooking, and Michelin lists it as Recommended for 2026. Vegetarian, pescatarian, nut-allergy and gluten-free requests are handled with advance notice. There is no vegan tasting menu.
