The story

estiatorio Milos Dubai: Greek seafood at Atlantis The Royal, Dubai

estiatorio Milos Dubai serves Greek seafood at Atlantis The Royal on Crescent Road, The Palm Jumeirah, in Dubai, and holds a 2026 Michelin Guide recommendation. The Greek kitchen cooks fish from the Mediterranean with a light hand, and the menu is built for sharing at the table.

Fish on ice and the raw bar

Guests can choose a whole fish from the display on ice and ask for it raw as sashimi, ceviche or tartare, or grilled, salt-crusted, fried or poached. The raw bar includes a selection of oysters. Forbes Travel Guide, which lists the restaurant as recommended for 2026, singles out the salt-crusted sea bass, filleted at the table.

Shared plates from the Milos menu

The Milos Special pairs paper-thin zucchini and eggplant, lightly fried, with saganaki cheese and tzatziki. Other starters include the Greek spreads of taramosalata, htipiti and grilled pita, grilled octopus with Santorini fava, and zucchini flowers stuffed with feta, manouri and xinomizithra. Freshly baked sourdough comes with the house olive oil for dipping.

Terrace views and the Skyblaze Fountain

A table on the terrace faces the Skyblaze Fountain at Atlantis The Royal, where fire and water rise 28 metres into the air. The restaurant offers a weekday business lunch for AED 200 with three courses, and it also hosts private events and private dining.
