Cinque, Dubai: Italian Restaurant at FIVE Palm Jumeirah

Cinque is an Italian restaurant at No 1 Palm Jumeirah, Dubai, inside the FIVE Palm Jumeirah hotel. It appears in the MICHELIN Guide as a Recommended restaurant for 2026.

The kitchen

The cooking takes its cues from the Amalfi Coast and gives them a modern, lively treatment. A dry-aged meat selection is a particular focus, with premium cuts sourced from producers around the world. Gambero Rosso awarded the Italian kitchen one fork in 2024.

The room and terrace

Hand-painted Amalfi Coast murals cover the walls, with brass accents and artistic ceilings overhead. Private and social spaces suit both a table of friends and a quieter evening for two. Outside, the terrace looks toward the Dubai Marina skyline, and the restaurant offers outdoor seating and private parties.

Cinque After Dark

From 8pm on Thursday to Saturday, a curated soundtrack joins dinner. Lounge and jazz-infused covers share the evening with Italian house melodies. Wine pairing is available for those who want the glass chosen to match the plate.
