The story
Trèsind is a modernist Indian restaurant at One&Only Royal Mirage, Arabian Court, Dubai Marina, Dubai, listed as Recommended in the Michelin Guide 2026.
The name joins the French très ("very") with Ind, short for Indian. Chef Himanshu Saini and Chef Mohammad Zeeshan cook bold Indian flavors and time-honored techniques through a modernist lens. Trèsind opened in 2014 and calls itself the birthplace of "Innovative Indian Cuisine."
The restaurant was part of the inaugural Dubai Michelin Guide in 2022 and has kept its place since. In 2026 the Smart Green Guide awarded it 4 Radishes. For groups, the restaurant offers private dining and catering.
