The story
Paste in Bangkok serves creative Thai cuisine from 3F, Gaysorn Village, 999 Phloen Chit Road, and is listed as Michelin Recommended for 2026.
Chef Bongkoch "Bee" Satongun leads the kitchen, drawing on Thai royal recipes and heritage cookbooks. She was named Asia's Best Female Chef by World's 50 Best Restaurants. Bee and her husband Jason Bailey opened the first Paste in 2013, and their Thai menu is built on precise technique and layered flavour.
The wine list is chosen with Bee's cooking in mind. It leans on Champagne, along with aromatic whites from Germany, Austria and Alsace. Pinot Noir and lighter Loire and Rhône reds make up the red selection.
