The story
Lenzi Tuscan Kitchen serves Italian food at 69/1-2 Ruamruedee 2 Witthayu Rd in Bangkok, and the Michelin Guide listed it as Recommended in 2026. The menu is built on regional Tuscan cooking, served at lunch and dinner.
Executive Chef Francesco Lenzi, who is from Pisa, cooks with traditional techniques and a focus on sourcing. Ingredients are imported from Italy or come from the family's own production, and extra virgin olive oil goes into every dish. The open kitchen lets guests watch each plate being cooked to order.
The menu lists more than 60 dishes. The cacciucco, a Pisan fish stew in tomato sauce with squid, baby octopus, prawns and cod, is one the kitchen describes in detail. Gallery photos show Filetto alla Rossini, paccheri with red prawns and polenta with octopus. The pork hams come from a norcineria near Lucca that the chef's uncle founded in 1945.
