The story
Chef's Table in Bangkok is a French kitchen on the 61st floor of Tower Club at Lebua, 1055 Silom Road, and it holds two Michelin stars (2026) for excellent cooking. Sixteen seats face an open kitchen, so guests can watch each course come together.
Executive Chef Vincent Thierry cooks with precision and restraint. He describes his style as contemporary French cuisine served with simplicity, and he avoids overloading a plate with ingredients. Before Chef's Table, he worked in Michelin-star kitchens across France and opened Caprice in Hong Kong.
The Signature Set Menu runs from Bluefin Tuna Tart to Atlantic Scallop with Jerusalem artichoke and Périgord black truffle, and it closes on a Vanille Bleue Tart. The Creations Set Menu is shorter and bolder, opening with Alaskan King Crab Salad and ending with Corsica Clementine Vacherin.
