The story
Auberge aux 3 Tilleuls is a contemporary French restaurant in Nyon, Switzerland, at Place du Village 7 in Genolier. Gault&Millau awarded it 13 points in 2026. The inn combines a bistro, a terrace and a more formal dining room under one roof.
Chef Filipe Figueiredo cooks with what each season brings. The kitchen runs a short à la carte alongside a very affordable daily lunch menu and a "Menu découverte." Guide reviewers praised a beetroot carpaccio with goat cheese and crisp dried fruit, and a sea bass tartare brightened with lemon, grapefruit and mandarin.
The duck breast, cooked skin-side down, comes with a sharp mango chutney. Slow-cooked lamb arrives in a robust jus. Dessert is a crème brûlée made with Madagascar vanilla and caramelised sugar. The wine list leans on local crus, though service can stretch when the room is full.
