The story
Bloom in the Park serves a seasonal tasting menu at Pildammsvägen 17, 214 66 Malmö, Sweden, and was listed as Michelin Recommended in 2026. The fine dining kitchen has no printed menu, so each evening follows what the season offers.
The Bloom team selects the courses for each evening. Menus run from two to seven courses, starting at 595 SEK per person for two courses. Wine pairings are optional, from 495 SEK. Friday and Saturday evenings require a four-course minimum, and the five- to seven-course menus must be pre-ordered.
The White Guide awarded Bloom its Very fine level for 2026. The airy white dining room opens toward Pildammsparken, and sommelier-selected pairings arrive while the park's quiet carries in through the glass. Guests with special wishes are invited to ask ahead, since most requests can be arranged.

Bloom stubbornly maintains its concept of a secret menu, so each description is hereby flagged with a spoiler warning. Founder Igi Vidal is back with full focus on Bloom after having spent recent years investing in the luxurious Embassy of Sagrantinia, which went bankrupt in the wake of Covid. Brimming with energy, he takes the stage like a storm and goes wild with a flurry in the airy, spotless white dining room. Suddenly the question “Would you like some wine?” is asked, and the evening gets underway.
