Critic Rafael García Santos is quoted on the restaurant's site describing "a cuisine with art" that will win glory as its commitment to culinary avant-garde grows. Spanish press has called the restaurant the "brother" of La Maruca. The 2026 We're Smart Green Guide also awards it 2 Radishes.
Lunch and dinner come with table service. A bar and counter dining suit smaller visits, and there is outdoor seating when the weather allows. The restaurant also takes private parties.
