The story
Ca Na Toneta is a Spanish restaurant at Horitzó 21 in Caimari, listed under Inca, and it appears in the Michelin Guide as Recommended for 2026. The kitchen works from the island's seasons and its older eating habits.
The menu is strictly seasonal Mallorquin food, balanced along Mediterranean lines. It runs to six courses: an appetizer, a soup, a coca (a kind of focaccia), a fish dish, a meat dish and dessert. The restaurant says you never quite know what will arrive, so each visit differs.
Soup keeps its place here, which the restaurant notes is rare in restaurants today. Vegetables take the prominence they once had in the islanders' diet. The menu draws on what earlier generations ate, and the We're Smart Green Guide gave it 3 Radishes in 2026. The restaurant also offers outdoor seating, a private room and a wine list tagged as interesting.
