The story
ABaC, at Avinguda del Tibidabo 1 in Barcelona, is a fine-dining restaurant that holds three Michelin stars (2026). Chef Jordi Cruz runs a haute cuisine kitchen that the restaurant describes as liquid and organic.
The kitchen blends tradition with avant-garde, conceptual plates. The tasting menu is built as twenty small dishes, each one a landscape about water, nature and roots. The restaurant asks guests to eat without rushing through them.
ABaC occupies a century-old house in Sant Gervasi, surrounded by garden, and it also operates as a small, intimate hotel. The dining spaces are elegant enough for private celebrations and work events. The team describes its approach as head, hands and heart, and the Smart Green Guide has awarded the restaurant two radishes for 2026.
