The story
BACCO, the international kitchen of Grand Hotel & Spa Kopaonik, is listed under Novi Pazar at 8 Ulica Nikole Tesle. Gault&Millau gave it 14.5 points in 2026, citing its revival of tableside Guéridon service.
Dishes here are finished, carved or flambéed in front of you. Gault&Millau describes the technique as executed with a steady hand and real flair. The restaurant's own pitch says the final preparation at the table is what makes the evening, and the menu is built around international classics and steaks. Dress code is casual elegant.
The meal begins with toasted sourdough, homemade salted butter and a reduction of dark beer and burnt sugar. Lamb chops come on a bed of burnt garlic, rosemary and thyme, then are sliced tableside. The inspectors noted clean, deep flavor and careful seasoning. Dessert is Crêpes Suzette, airy pancakes in caramelized orange, triple sec and fresh zest.
Wine has its own place here. A private cellar holds Italian super Tuscans, classic bottles sorted by French region and some of the best-known champagnes. Selected labels are aged in the cellar. A BACCO sommelier guides each guest through the list, and the house also keeps a cigar selection.
