Ebisu is a Japanese restaurant at 9 Studentski trg in Belgrade, on the roof terrace of the Square Nine Hotel. Gault&Millau awarded it 14.5 points in 2026, one of the city's notable Japanese kitchens.

Sushi and warm plates

The menu is known for its sushi, especially crab and spicy tuna rolls. Many guests save their appetite for the hot dishes. Japanese Wagyu is cooked with care, crisp on the outside and tender inside. Sea bass in a buttery umami sauce, finished with chopped pistachios, is another standout.
