The story
Rüya Riyadh sits at 5140 Prince Muhammad Bin Abdulaziz Road in Al Aziz, where its modern Turkish kitchen earned 12 points from Gault&Millau in 2026. The menu draws on Anatolian classics, and the dining room was designed to match them.
The kitchen cooks from the regions between the Mediterranean and the Black Sea, and the restaurant says its dishes follow the season. Reviewers singled out the pide, Adana kebab, yogurtlu kebab and Turkish-style kibbe. The lentil soup is smooth and well seasoned, and the boreks arrive crisp, thinly wrapped and not oily.
Conran and Partners designed the interior as a series of rooms, with brass detailing, timber that brings out the natural materials, and plush seating. A chef's table seats 12 guests beside the live kitchen. A separate private room, the Ozel Room, seats 18 for launches, business presentations or private dinners.
Mekan Bar builds its cocktails around the seven regions of Anatolia, drawing on Mediterranean fruit, Black Sea tea, and pomegranate and pistachio from the southeast. The Nazar Sour is the signature serve. The bar team also reworks cocktail classics with Turkish flavours.
