The story
Mirzam is a Saudi restaurant in Riyadh, at Takamul Plaza on Altakhassusi Street in the Alnakheel District, and it holds a Michelin Bib Gourmand for 2026 for good quality, good value cooking. The kitchen serves breakfast, brunch and lunch.
The menu moves between everyday favourites and regional Saudi dishes. Shakshoukah and kibda hikazi sit beside date hummus, beef mugalgal and mandi fool. The Saudi foul has a balance of thick and fluid textures, enriched with tahini and brightened with parsley. Gault&Millau scored the restaurant 12 for 2026.
Dishes arrive neatly garnished, with plates and bowls chosen to show off colour and texture. The bread basket brings three oven-fresh breads, and the khamees is the standout, warm and full of flavour. The foul is served in a polished stainless-steel and gold bowl, set against handcrafted pottery and natural textures.
