The story
Fi Glbak is a Saudi restaurant at 3058 Prince Turki Bin Abdulaziz Al Awal Rd in Al Mohammadiyyah, Riyadh, and it holds a 2026 Michelin Bib Gourmand for good-quality, good-value cooking. The kitchen aims to bring the culinary influences of Saudi Arabia's major regions into one menu.
The restaurant is the first to be opened by the blogger Hisham Baeshen, whose cooking videos play on a large screen at the back of the room. Gault&Millau gave it 12.5 for 2026. The room is designed around natural materials and plants, which set the tone for a relaxed meal.
The stuffed vine leaves are fresh and generous. The meat samosas are cooked precisely, with a filling that balances richness and lightness. The lamb shoulder is slowly confited over embers. Prices are affordable, and the service is praised.
