The story
NUTA, at Plac Trzech Krzyży 10/14 in Warsaw, is a Polish-Italian kitchen that earned a Michelin star for high quality cooking in 2026. The restaurant sits in the Ethos building on Three Crosses Square, in the centre of the city.
Andrea Camastra, born in 1980 in Monopoli in Apulia, leads the kitchen. He combines modern and traditional techniques, and his roots in Bari shape his respect for fresh fish and vegetables. The menu changes with the seasons and features a good deal of fish and seafood. Polish flavours meet Italian accents, with subtle nods to Asian cooking.
The dishes draw on Polish tradition but are often surprising in their execution. Diners can expect vegetable salad, Greek-style fish, bigos, and beef with mushrooms and cucumber salad, each plated in an unexpected and attractive way. The kitchen also offers an exceptional wine pairing.
The interior is minimalist and warm, with large artworks, stylish details, and plenty of greenery. Gault&Millau awarded it 17 points for interior and atmosphere in 2026. The service team is professional and attentive, which suits both a quiet dinner for two and a longer celebration.
