The story
Allora is an Italian restaurant at Wilcza 19 in Warsaw, rated 12.5 by Gault&Millau in 2026. It occupies a pre-war tenement building in the city center.
Chef Miłosz grew up in Rome and learned to cook there. Before Allora, he spent six years running the kitchen at Port Royal, where he worked with top-quality seafood. Now his Italian kitchen offers antipasti, handmade pasta, fresh fish and desserts every day. Gambero Rosso awarded the restaurant one fork in 2025.
The menu leans on fresh ingredients and straightforward flavors. Beef tartare, stracciatella with apricots and chanterelle risotto are among the dishes inspectors singled out. Linguine comes with mussels grilled over olive wood. For dessert, there is olive oil and salt panna cotta, or a strawberry sponge cake.
Inside, warm tones meet natural wood, mirrors, original lighting and tables topped with mosaic. Lunch is relaxed, and there is outdoor seating. After sunset the room turns more formal, with Italian music in the background.
