The story
Odille is a French restaurant at Markt 14 in Sint-Oedenrode, and it holds one Michelin star (2026). The kitchen cooks modern French dishes with a clear Brabant focus, and the room is arranged around the stove.
Chef Casimir Evens runs three cooking islands placed among the guest tables, so every seat has a view of the brigade at work. Most ingredients come from the Meierij region, and the menu shifts with what suppliers deliver. On weekdays guests choose from the menu, while weekends follow the Momentum menu, and the number of courses stays a secret until dinner begins.
Lotte Bloem leads the room as hostess and sommelier. Gault&Millau (15.5, 2026) praised the calming atmosphere, the exquisite dishes and the excellent service. The interior is dark and earthy, so attention stays on the plates. The wine list leans toward traditional French regions, and reviewers noted that the glass is refilled without being asked.
