Sushi rolls range from unagi with foie gras to a futomaki of soft shell crab with kimchi mayonnaise. Dim sum includes ha kau and siu mai. Zeeland oysters come steamed in black bean sauce. Among the mains, kung pao chicken is finished with sichuan pepper and black rice vinegar. Seabass arrives in a mild panang curry. Sirloin is served sizzling on a cast iron plate with black pepper sauce.
The "Delen is lief" menu costs €57.50 per person and is ordered per table. It brings six dishes in three courses, served with jasmine rice. It follows the Asian habit of sharing, with no fixed order for the plates.
