The story
Eetkamer Lamens serves modern cuisine at Nieuwe Stationsstraat 4 in Ede, and the Michelin Guide lists it as Recommended for 2026.
Robbert Philipsen cooks and Naomi Philipsen runs the floor, each with years of hospitality behind them. Their own restaurant is built around an unhurried evening of international dishes at a fair price. Gault&Millau gives the kitchen 12 points in 2026.
Guests can build a three- or four-course menu or order from the à la carte. The repertoire pairs familiar classics, such as steak tartare with spicy mayonnaise and toast, with Asian-inspired dishes. Free-range chicken from the charcoal oven comes with miso nut butter. A warm apple crumble with caramel sauce and fresh yoghurt ice cream closes the menu.
Michelin describes a spacious brasserie with a light industrial feel that still comes across as warm. When the weather allows, the smoke-free terrace is the place to sit.
