The story
De Lindeboom New Style is a French restaurant at Burg. Janssenstraat 13 in Beek, and it holds a Michelin Bib Gourmand for 2026, recognising good-quality, good-value cooking.
The kitchen keeps to French tradition and adds a modern, international signature. Only seasonal produce goes into the pans, so the set menu changes daily. Guests with dietary or allergy needs can have dishes adapted on request, and the serving team can answer allergen questions at the table.
Diners sit in a light glass conservatory or on the terrace, which looks out on St. Martin's Church. Private dinners, small celebrations and business meetings can be held in separate rooms with the same relaxed feel. Jesper, Morgan and Erik select the wine list, choosing bottles to suit the cooking.
FACT-BOOK NOTE: The HARD EVIDENCE and TROPHIES sections were pre-ranked and deduplicated in code. Treat them as authoritative. MARKDOWN EXCERPTS may still be noisy; never let a marketing paragraph override a structured fact.
