The story
Lily's is a pan-Asian restaurant at 92 Bd de la Corniche in Casablanca, rated 12.5 by Gault&Millau in 2026. It sits facing the ocean, between the El Hank lighthouse and the Hassan II mosque.
The carte moves between Thai, Korean, Vietnamese, Chinese and Japanese cooking. Gault&Millau singles out the starters, among them house dim sum and a crispy sushi with tuna tartare. Further down the list you find tom kha kai with tiger prawns, a Thai bouillabaisse, massaman lamb curry and black cod caramelized in miso. Dessert includes mango with sticky rice and a yuzu soufflé.
The restaurant works with Asian chefs, some of them Michelin-starred. Its consultant is Ian Kittichai, whose New York restaurant Kittichai was named best new Asian restaurant of 2005 by Food & Wine.
Architects Sophia Sebti and Yachar Bouhaya designed the space with advice from a feng shui master. Three interior areas lean on stone, wood and plants, and a terrace opens onto the Atlantic. The 2026 Gault&Millau review (12/20) describes a bright room with Japanese and Thai touches, a lively mood that stays below the noise line, and a large, well-coordinated service team.
