HA' in Playa del Carmen: Michelin-Starred Contemporary Mexican Dining

HA' is a contemporary Mexican restaurant on Carr. Chetumal - Puerto Juárez Kilometro 282 in Playa del Carmen, awarded one Michelin Star in 2026 for high quality cooking.

The nine-course menu

Guests walk down a waterfall-draped ramp to a dining room with floor-to-ceiling windows. The nine-course set menu comes with amuse-bouches and bonbons along the way. Mexican craft appears throughout, from a salt sculpture to ceramic pieces. Dietary needs are considered within the menu, and Forbes Travel Guide rated the restaurant four stars in 2026.

Wine and cocktails

The wine list is entirely Mexican, selected by Sandra Fernandez. It draws on Valle de Guadalupe and Coahuila, and includes a rare Mexican pinot noir and an organic orange wine. Cocktails use national distillations and carry the names of cenotes, including some from Chichen Itza.
