The story
Guillou Campagne is a Classic French restaurant at 17 rue de la Résistance in Schouweiler, Luxembourg, where chef Katell Guillou holds one Michelin star (2026). The kitchen sits in a countryside bastion a few minutes from Luxembourg City, and the cooking leans on local terroir and family tradition.
Katell Guillou runs the restaurant, and the menu carries forward dishes from the late Pierrick Guillou. Two of his former students, chefs Guillaume Rotario and Fabien Duvauchelle, now direct the kitchen. The house offers a tasting of terroir and traditional plates.
Gault&Millau singles out the tartine of pig's trotters au gratin with Parmesan and a Breton-style Atlantic fish cotriade. Seasonal plates include razor clams au gratin with wild garlic butter, and mashed potatoes with three eggs: chicken, salmon and caviar. Stuffed courgette flowers with lobster and prawns and a vol-au-vent with Challans chicken also appear on the menu.
The dining rooms have stone walls, and the terrace opens up in summer. The professional team keeps service attentive from the first course to the last.
